The item was the size and fit I had hoped it would be! I am a smaller woman, though, I imagine it would work for a larger woman as well or man. It fits perfectly and comfortable in my hand and I have no problem whatsoever working the controls. It is comfortable. I don't know what I was expecting. I checked my old stun gun and it was made of the same material and the only difference was size and bulk, plus mine was lower voltage with the two prongs carrying volts between themselves. It seemed to be louder.

Now I understand the claim to use the device separately should the batteries run low. LOL. Overall, I am happy with it and hope it works when I need it. I can't find any volunteers.--Julie A.; Riverview, Florida
